The agency is a member of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, Independent Insurance Agents of America and the Professional Insurance Agents Association. The agency principals have been involved in the community through the Rotary Club, Fort Smith Board of Directors, Sparks Hospital Advisory Board, Fianna Hills Board of Directors, Fort Smith Fountain of Youth and the For Smith Museum of History.
